Dr. Hall has wanted to be a dentist since he was young and to help patients transform their lives through quality dental care. He strives to treat every patient as if they are family.

Dr. Alison believes dentistry can transform lives and loves the relationships he builds with patients while providing dental care.

Nikki
Registered Dental Hygienist
Nicki started in dentistry in 2006 and received her dental hygiene license from UAB in 2010. She has two children, Nate and Eliana. They attend Bethel Baptist Church in Odenville. They have a rescue dog named Tre (he only has three legs). When Nicki is not at work, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family.
Vanessa
Dental Hygienist
Vanessa first worked as a dental assistant nearly 25 years ago while attending Auburn University in Montgomery. She graduated with a Human Resource degree, and worked in banking, before leaving the workforce to start a family. She was drawn back to the dental profession and worked intermittently while raising her children. Vanessa later re-entered the workforce full-time and acquired her dental hygiene license from UAB.
We are lucky to have such a qualified dental team member. Her attention to detail and enthusiasm for maintaining high standards of care promises to always deliver a positive dental experience. She is compassionate, gentle, and able to put people at ease. She loves educating her patients on their oral health and believes that great oral health contributes to great overall health.
She loves her career as a dental hygienist and considers her patients as family. When away from work, Vanessa enjoys running, weight training, cycling (Peloton), hiking, shopping, and spending time with those she loves. Vanessa lives in Hoover with her husband, Kevin. Together they have a beautiful blended family of five children.
Peyton Wynn
Dental Hygienist
We are very excited to have Peyton join Hall Cosmetic and Family Dentistry. Peyton grew up in a dental family. She is the daughter of Leslie Wynn. Peyton graduated dental hygiene in 2021. You will also see Peyton assisting the doctors from time to time. Her sweet disposition makes her a ray of sunshine in the office. Peyton will be getting married to her 5th-grade sweetheart in November of 2023.
Leslie Wynn
Dental Assistant
Leslie is truly an asset to Hall Cosmetic and Family Dentistry. She is a highly skilled dental assistant of 33 years with a great appreciation for the art of dentistry. Leslie has maintained the highest levels of continuing education in cosmetic and general dentistry and orthodontics as well. She not only assists in creating and maintaining beautiful, healthy smiles, but you will also find her helping out at the front desk.
Leslie has been married to her husband of 30 years, Robert Wynn. They have two beautiful children. Austin, who is a graduate of the University of Alabama Birmingham and is currently in medical school. Peyton is currently working for Hall Cosmetic and Family Dentistry. The Wynn's have just added another daughter to their family, Gabrielle Wynn, and will be getting another son in November of 2023.
Haley
Dental Assistant
Haley became a dental assistant in March 2024. Prior to that, she obtained a bachelor of science with a concentration in psychology from UAB. She has a five-month-old toy poodle named Willow. When Haley is not at work, you can find her at the lake, reading a psychological thriller, or at the gym.
Courtney W.
Front Office Manager
Courtney is the friendly face at the front desk and the sweet voice behind the telephone. She has been in the dental field since 2003 and joined Hall Cosmetic & Family Dentistry in March 2015. Courtney loves to make our patients smile and be able to help them share their smile. She is here to answer any of your questions regarding reserving appointment, insurance, and financial questions or helping you resolve any concerns you may have to make your visit with our practice a positive one!
Courtney was born and raised here in Birmingham, AL and graduated from Hewitt-Trussville High School in 1999. She also attended Jefferson State Community College where she played tennis at the collegiate level. She has been married to her husband Vince since 2009. Courtney and Vince have 3 beautiful children: Brinley, Lila Katherine, and Ryder. They also have two cats, Stanley and Stella, and a dog, Bentley. Their family resides in Springville, AL where they are active in the community and love supporting the Springville Tigers!
